Meet Veronica

Hi! I’m Veronica, and I’m an independent contractor and freelancer with over 5 years of industry experience. I’ve worked on everything from small business and non-profit websites, to news sites that attract tens of thousands of visitors every month.

Small businesses can reach out to me for website help. I have a dedicated list of services that I provide for small business clients. I graduated from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a Computer Science BSc degree in 2021. Previously, in 2019, I received an ASc in Computer Science at the County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey, USA.

I worked full-time for a digital marketing agency in Halifax at the beginning of my career before moving to New Jersey in 2025 where I started my contracting journey.

I’m currently based in Southern New Jersey, just a few minutes away from Philadelphia, however I frequently travel across New Jersey, Canada, and Greece. What I love about being a contractor is my flexibility to work remotely, whenever, wherever. It allows me the freedom to visit my family and friends across the world.

My primary stack is WordPress, especially utilizing WordPress Core, however I have experience with third-party WP plugins including ACF, Elementor, GravityForms, Yoast, and more. I love WordPress for its flexibility and easy to use content management system.

When I’m not programming or designing, you can find me enjoying the sunshine with a book or painting miniatures on rainy days.
